Phil Marsland founded Blue Tree Consulting in 2016 after a long career working in senior HR and leadership roles across various industries.
Throughout his experience, he saw firsthand how poor alignment between strategy, leadership, HR practices, and culture could hold companies back from reaching their potential.
He started Blue Tree to take a more holistic, integrated approach - bringing pragmatic solutions tailored to each client versus generic best practices. The name "Blue Tree" represents his vision for aligned organisations that enable people to grow and thrive.
