I decided to take some time to consider the best way forward. This reflective time led to a strategy of creating a diverse and talented connected team, and to leveraging brand value. π€
Its really about having our positioning, materials and language speak about who were are, how we talk and what difference we make for clients. Its about being honest, getting rid of jargon and being the people that we are. And then letting the results speak for themselves. π¬β¨
Right now we are ahead of targets and have helped an ever increasing wide range of clients from multiple sectors with how they want to grow and their stuck problems. π
I’m very proud of what we have created and what we have achieved, whilst truly living our real values. π
