Our founder reflects on a successful 2025 🤝

“As we entered the year we were uncertain how to shape the business after some failed experiments with directly employed people.

I decided to take some time to consider the best way forward. This reflective time led to a strategy of creating a diverse and talented connected team, and to leveraging brand value. 🤝

Its really about having our positioning, materials and language speak about who were are, how we talk and what difference we make for clients. Its about being honest, getting rid of jargon and being the people that we are. And then letting the results speak for themselves. 💬✨

Right now we are ahead of targets and have helped an ever increasing wide range of clients from multiple sectors with how they want to grow and their stuck problems. 🚀

I’m very proud of what we have created and what we have achieved, whilst truly living our real values. 💛

At the end of the day, we always remember our purpose:
…..”We help business people” 💙….

Here’s to 2026 and whatever that holds for us all… Take care, be well, do good work and be kind. 💫

CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition

On 5th November, our Founder, Phil, visited Manchester for the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition. This is a key event for professionals working in HR and people development.

The event, hosted by the CIPD – the professional body for HR and people development. It brings together experts and organisations from all over the UK. Their focus on championing better work and working lives aligns perfectly with our values at Blue Tree Consulting.

From inspiring sessions on leadership and wellbeing to meaningful conversations with peers across the industry, the conference offered plenty of insight into the ever-evolving world of work.

In Phil’s words:

“It did not disappoint, with great stands and talks on the conference floor, providing moments of inspiration and reflective thought. Sharing thoughts on our businesses and ideas about real practical challenges, it really was a hugely valuable day”.
